No. FamCom provides trusted non-medical companionship and family support. When clinical care is required, we coordinate with qualified healthcare professionals. Our Nurse / Clinical Professional level is reserved for licensed professionals.
Often the family abroad. A son or daughter overseas can arrange, pay for and monitor companionship for a loved one at home.
Every companion goes through identity verification, background and reference checks, training and a probation period. Each verified companion receives a FamCom Companion ID you can verify.
Companions check in and out with GPS and submit a visit report. You get notified in-app, by email and on WhatsApp, and can read the full report and care timeline.
We are launching in Nigeria (starting with Lagos), then Ghana, then broader West Africa.
You can pay in your local currency while the companion is paid locally. Invoices and receipts are provided.
